We all know I love to attack the Los Angeles Angels with right-handed pitching, and Mr. Elmer Rodriguez is throwing tonight for the Yankees against them. Last game against Houston, he put up a 29% whiff rate, a 27% K rate, and a 12.5% swing-and-miss percentage. The Angels, again, are number two in the league versus right-handed pitching for strikeouts, and Elmer has some electric stuff. His sinker, which he throws over 50% of the time, he mixes in a four-seamer, but he has a really good changeup and curve. He’ll even throw a sweeper in there. This is just a good spot on a 4.5 line when we’re getting it for very close to even money.
