Well, we had Montgomery go yard yesterday. Murakami is just ice cold since coming back. He’s messing with that new hitting coach. That guy needs to be fired right now. Murakami couldn’t hit something with a tennis racket at this point. We have a couple spots we really like today, and the first one we’re going to go with is Braxton Ashcraft of the Pirates. What better way to go after a K prop than facing our favorite team to attack, the Los Angeles Angels, with right-handed pitching?
Ashcraft has a 6.91 projection today on a 5.5 line, and he’s been really good this season: a 25% K rate, a 23.5% put-away rate, a 13% swinging strike rate, and again against the Angels, who have everybody in their lineup with a min 20% and half the starting lineup over 30% K-rate versus right-handed pitching
