It’s a light baseball slate on Monday to get us started. We have six games, but at least they’re all on the main DFS slate.

Weather

Zero issues here. No rain anywhere. It’s a little chilly in Cleveland with some light winds blowing in. So that might be a weather downgrade, but everything else is looking great.

Game Info

Dodgers vs. Trevor McDonald

We looked at this guy last week at $4,000, and that went amazingly well. He was bad in the minors but awesome against the Padres last week. Obviously, this is a tall task. But he throws a bunch of sinkers and sliders, and that’s a pitch mix that can keep the ball in the yard.

I don’t really like the Dodgers for 6.3 runs, but I’m also not going to say they aren’t in a great spot. The game is in LA, which is much better than SF, and McDonald isn’t going to be a high strikeout pitcher in the bigs. So the Dodgers are the top projected offense on the board without much competition.

Yankees vs. Brandon Young

Pretty great spot for both of these league-leading offenses. Brandon Young has a 15% K% this year and is not a heavy ground ball pitcher. The game is in Baltimore, so a slight downgrade for the Yanks on that front, but they’ve been awesome and you can almost always stack them up and feel pretty good about the upside.
