Anchor Arms - General consensus is they are going to dominate the matchup.
Send it Guys - Expect a solid performance. Thanks to either a favorable matchup or just a hot hand.
Danger Zone - Could be an awesome start with a solid amount of upside, but it’s not a comfortable matchup.
Desperation Station - A super unfavorable matchup, but you are desperate for points, so you start them anyway.
Hard Pass - Dudes I don’t have any interest in starting.

I’m giving Hunter a day off. It’s JA writing this one. And I’m excited for it. I’ve found myself looking at streaming options more and more as the season has gone on, and we hope this article has helped a lot of you with that.

ANCHOR ARMS
Cristopher Sanchez vs. WSH: Dream spot at home against the beaten-down Nats lineup
Dylan Cease vs. CHC

Hunter Greene vs. ATH: Can’t quite get to “anchor arms” with Greene given his few slip-ups already, but this is about as good as it gets against an Athletics lineup missing Shea and Kurtz
Nolan McLean vs. CLE: Guardians upgraded a little bit offensively, but not enough to get out of the bottom third of the league’s lineups
Braxton Ashcraft vs. MIL: Looked better last time in a rain-shortened outing, still a bit shaky with the innings load, and this isn’t an easy matchup, but Ashcraft brought us this far and we should stick with him
Ranger Suarez vs. CWS: Not the softest matchup in the league, but not the toughest. Suarez isn’t fully back after the injury, but he’s more than good enough to start confidently in almost all spots
Foster Griffin vs. NYM: The Mets are still a middle-of-the-pack matchup, but we’re starting Griffin in his Guards debut
Dustin May vs. PIT: Another debut! I think it’ll take the Brewers some time to fully Lucky Charms his hiney, but you’re using pretty much any decent pitcher against the Pirates right now
DANGER ZONE
Bryce Miller vs. DET: Just 12 strikeouts in his last four outings. The fact that it’s at home makes me say START, but I’m pretty worried overall about Miller
Framber Valdez vs. SEA: Good spot for the ground baller in Seattle, go for it
Brandon Young vs. LAA: Viable streamer here against this bad Angels lineup
Luis Castillo vs. BOS: Tough matchup right here, and Castillo’s performance in Seattle didn’t inspire a ton of confidence.
Michael Wacha vs. MIN
DESPERATION STATION
Kohl Drake vs. SD
David Peterson vs. TOR: He probably won’t give up any homers in this spot, at least he has that going for him. But the season K-BB% is still under 10%
Ryan Johnson vs. BAL: There are worse spots to use a guy like this, but an 8.1% K-BB% and 2.4 HR/9 make me want to just leave him on waivers everywhere
Martin Perez vs. MIA: The efficient (sometimes) veteran lefty against a Marlins team that does a lot of its damage from the left side of the plate, and now down an important bat with the Hicks trade.
