Baltimore Orioles
Closer: Committee
Cano, Kittredge, and Garcia will split opportunities at closer for the foreseeable future. They appear to have no plans to choose one guy.
Holds Targets: Andrew Kittredge, Rico Garcia, Grant Wolfram, Yennier Cano
Removed Wells, who was traded, and added Cano. These are the top arms for Baltimore’s bullpen. Usage will be sporadic.
Boston Red Sox
Closer: Aroldis Chapman
Chapman will continue racking up saves for a surging Red Sox team. A far cry from the trade rumors that swirled about Aroldis just two months ago.
Holds Targets: Justin Slaten, Garrett Whitlock, Tyron Guerrero, Erik Miller
Added Miller to the list. The Red Sox just traded for him, so they must have some plans for him. Whitlock is the leader of the bunch as of now, but Guerrero and Miller may have something to say about that.
New York Yankees
Closer: David Bednar
Bednar added three saves in the last week. Spectacular production from him recently.
Holds Targets: Fernando Cruz, Tim Hill, Brent Headrick
Same trio as last edition. Cruz and Headrick are the clear top options.
