Toolshed Mock Draft Talk

Tim and Doc go over their picks and talk about a ton of prospects from their participating in the Toolshed Mock Draft

Welcome to a new SECTION of MLB Data Warehouse. I’m not sure if it will look any different to you, or if you’ll ever notice, but the prospect/dynasty stuff now has its own stream. You’re automatically subscribed to it, and it will work in the same way. But I’ve set it up so Tim can do his thing and keep things organized, and so we can get a better feel for what you readers are tracking the most.

If you’re not interested in the minor league stuff, you can unsubscribe to this section and then you won’t get these articles and podcasts. You’ll still get all the Major League stuff. There’s no new subscription fee or anything, it’s all the same.

Tim and Doc got on the mics last night and reviewed a bunch of stuff going on in the Toolshed Mock Draft. If you’re unfamiliar, The Toolshed Podcast is one of the biggest dynasty league podcasts, run by Eric Cross. They recently completed this massive mock draft of prospects that Tim and Doc partook in.

As a non-dynasty-content bro, I’m not involved. And that’s good because these things are not for normal people. This mock draft went almost 500 picks of all prospects. Rookie eligible players only. If I sat down and wrote a list of all rookie-eligible players I know, I doubt I would get to 50. But we’re working on it. I’m improving.

I will give this thing a good listen, though. I’ve got a lot of work to do before I’m ready for this MLB DW Dynasty League Draft. It’s a 30-teamer with 50+ players rostered. That’s 1,500 players. I’m used to like 350.

Big thanks to Tim and Doc for being a part of the show here, and I hope you all enjoy their work.
